  • 1-1 Private Class - $64

    Private Reformer Pilates sessions allow for tailored experiences, ensuring that participants receive personalized attention and guidance. By engaging the muscles supporting the spine and pelvis, this training will improve your core strength and stability. Private instruction ensures that you are meeting your particular needs and can also prepare you for group classes, if desired.

  • Duet Private Class - $104

    A Duet Reformer Pilates session is where you and a partner engage in a dynamic workout on Pilates reformer machines. The session is filled with energy as you mirror each other's movements, encouraging and motivating one another. The instructor offers personalized attention, ensuring both of you perform each exercise with precision where you will work on core strength, flexibility, and balance, all while enjoying the camaraderie and support of your partner.

  • Trio Private Class- $138

    A trio reformer Pilates session is where you and two friends participate in a personalized Pilates reformer session.

  • Quad Private Class- $168

    A quad reformer Pilates session is where you and three friends participate in a personalized Pilates reformer session.

Book Your Private Session

Reformer Pilates classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Reformer Pilates class cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to class time will result in the loss of a class credit with no additional charge.

Private sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In order to avoid losing a private session credit, private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to start time. Cancelling more than 24 hours before a private session time will not incur a penalty.
