Our Annual Wild & Well Retreat is exactly what you need to set the tone for the best WV autumn. We are holding this retreat in the theme of resting and resetting. With gentle movement, meditation, and deep-dives into our mind, body and soul in the midst of our mountain majesty, this retreat is the perfect getaway from the day-to-day stresses of life.
About the Retreat
Limited to just 22 guests, this intimate retreat offers gentle and restful classes, fireside chats, journaling, delicious meals, and private hot tubs in each cabin and treehouse.
The Wild & Well Retreat will take place at Country Roads Cabins, just minutes from the New River Gorge National Park. This perfect getaway will allow you to reconnect, recharge, and restore balance in your mind, body and spirit.
With two 6-person cabins and 5 semi-private 2- or 4-person accommodations, this bespoke experience is the perfect reset.
All of our retreats are designed to give you a weekend of connection, introspection and rest. We curate special experiences to give you ample opportunities to explore your wellness holistically. Expect a couple of interesting guest speakers (think wine-tasting, sound baths, and breathwork), in addition to your favorite restorative classes and delicious and nourishing meals.
Early Bird Pricing
Sign up before May 15 (Early Bird Savings- $200):
Semi-private accommodations (two/four people)- $479 per person
One 4-person cabin
Four 2-person cabins
Two 6-person cabins- $429 per person
Full Retreat Cost includes lodging, all meals and classes. On-site massage therapy services will be available for an extra charge.
To secure your spot, click below to make your $100 deposit and choose your preferred accommodation. You will respond to your deposit receipt with your accommodation choice (first come, first served). You can also choose to pay in full.
Final payment ($379 for semi-private/$329 for cabins) due on August 1, 2026. You may also choose the pay in full option below.

6-person cabins- $629 per person
