Membership Terms

1. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted.

2. You may cancel your membership by emailing info@bdystudios.com. We have a 30-day notice of cancellation policy. If you cancel your membership less than 30 days prior to your next autopay payment, you will incur one additional autopay payment.

3. All memberships paid monthly or upfront are not refundable and non-transferable, unless required by state law.

4. Class passes and fees (including but not limited to: suspension fees, cancellation fees, no show fees) are nonrefundable.

5. A credit/debit card must be used for the membership payments. Memberships cannot be set up without credit card information.

6. Members may suspend their membership once per calendar year for at least 14 days days after 3 months of continued auto-drafting payments, the first time being 3 months after membership commencement.  This option is permitted only when requested by e-mail to info@bdystudios.com putting “membership hold” as the subject heading of email. In turn, BDY will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account. Suspensions will incur a $10 suspension fee for every 15 days of suspension. All suspension requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next automatic payment. Payments will automatically restart upon the predetermined date. BDY does not pro-rate or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended membership.

7. Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of a change in membership price, members will be notified via email of any price increase to their memberships.  Unless the membership is cancelled, at the end of 12 months of membership, the membership will be automatically renewed.

8. Paid-in-full Three Month, Six Month or One year passes may not be suspended or refunded.
